2018-04-13 16:00 - 2018-04-14 21:00

BlackRock is trusted to manage more money than any other investment firm. Their business is investing on behalf of their clients — from large institutions to parents and grandparents, teachers, nurses, doctors and people from all walks of life who entrust their savings to BlackRock.

The challenge of Blackrock’s 24-hour hackathon is to create a solution that will help people become more conscious about their spending habits. Your task will be to create a product or a service which can take any shape: an application, a subscription service, a gadget…anything you can think of. It’s all up to you and your team! We are looking for the next generation of innovators! Are you passionate about technology and finance and you possess an entrepreneurial mindset? Apply as part of a diverse team for the upcoming BlackRock Hackathon.

You don’t have to be a computer science or finance undergraduate, as we value the ability to think outside the box more than any degree. Though having a developer on your team is definitely not a disadvantage, and more than recommended. Hack a real-world problem in the financial sector and design the most innovative solution. Challenge yourself and register now at http://blackrock.designterminal.org! Hack it ‘till you make it!
